Ian - Director
Ian’s career in the turbocharger industry began back in the late 1980s at a time when turbochargers were still reasonably simple. Over time he advanced through the business to become managing director, leading and developing a well known OE aftermarket distributor.
In 2013 he wanted a new challenge and so joined together with a former colleague to provide an aftermarket turbocharger parts supply service into various turbocharger repairers.
So far so good! And although the market is difficult, Ian’s experience is invaluable and has helped the business improve and develop its position.
As far as personal interests, horse racing and following the exploits of Leeds United keep him on his toes.
Jason - Technical Sales Manager
Jason started work in the turbocharger industry in 1984. Initially starting in turbocharger workshops, he gained a wealth of experience of the products and the ways they operate. Along with the hands-on experience, he also attended OEM training conferences for turbocharger fault diagnosis and re-manufacturing techniques.
Over the last 35+ years he has gained several management roles within the industry.
He now uses his knowledge to help Turbocharger Services and their customers to service all aspects of their turbocharger needs as well as overseeing many day to day areas of the company.
Mat - Workshop Supervisor
Mat is the workshop supervisor at Turbocharger Services. Mat’s role is to manage the daily tasks of the workshop with the help of his team. This includes maintaining and continuously improving the quality and efficiency of our product. Mat began in the turbo industry in 2013, where he has acquired great knowledge and experience from his time stripping, cleaning and assembling turbos. He is also experienced in fault diagnosis and undertakes all of our inspection and report work. He also helps with our technical support service where his advice can be invaluable.
Becky - Sales & Administration
Becky has worked at Turbocharger Services since 2016. Her role within the company is in Sales and Administration. She is only too pleased to deal with all sales enquiries for parts and full turbochargers. She is also there to help with tracking of shipments etc. She gets a real satisfaction in assisting customers and locating the goods they may need.
For relaxation Becky enjoys playing video and PC games, going out socialising. She also loves a good true crime documentary, especially the ones featuring infamous stories. Becky’s outgoing personality means she is easy to get along with and an integral part of the team.
Vikki - Sales, Procurement & Website Admin
Vikki works in Turbocharger Service sales dept but when she is not on the phone dealing with customer enquiries, she also helps with procurement and keeping the company website up to date. As part of her procurement role, she works with our suppliers on pricing to keep things as competitive as possible. she also provides valuable analysis on stock levels to make sure we have the right amount and products on the shelf.
She has been with Turbocharger Services since May 2021 but has worked within the industry for the last 15 years at an OE distributor & remanufacturer. Over the years she has gained a good knowledge of turbos.
She is a friendly and confident person who enjoys a bit of banter over the phone!
In her spare time, she is an avid gym goer, loves socialising, traveling and is a Huddersfield Giants season ticket holder.
Stewart - Stores & Despatch
Stewart has worked at Turbo Service since May 2018.
Stewart initially started in the sales department before moving into stores.
He loves all sports and also follows Huddersfield Town.
Stuart - Turbo Assembler
Stuart is originally from Essex but moved north and began working with us in November 2017, during this time has learned the inner workings of turbochargers.
He is very friendly and always up for a chat.
